This Refund Policy is a legally binding document that establishes the legal relations between MESSGO and Client

Refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

1. If the Client cancels a cleaning visit within 48 hours before the scheduled time.

​

2. If a Cleaner is unable to carry out the cleaning due to reasons beyond the Client’s responsibility.

MESSGO will make efforts to arrange a replacement Cleaner if one is unavailable for a scheduled visit, however, this cannot be guaranteed.

 

In the event of a missed clean, the Client may request a refund, unless the missed hours are added to another cleaning visit.

Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances:​

1. General Policy

No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any cleaning services rendered, as payment is considered final upon completion of the service.

2. Service Quality Guarantee

Re-Cleaning Offer: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will arrange a complimentary re-cleaning of the specific areas in question, provided they were part of the original service agreement.

3. Reporting Issues

To request a re-cleaning, please contact our customer service team via [email]. Include details of your concerns to help us address the issue promptly.

4. Conditions for Re-Cleaning

Requests for re-cleaning must be made within 24 hours of the service completion.
Re-cleaning is limited to areas included in the original service agreement.

5. Limitations

This policy does not cover refunds or
re-cleaning requests due to changes in personal circumstances or dissatisfaction unrelated to the cleaning quality.
We reserve the right to evaluate the validity of any re-cleaning requests.
